Walk to the nearby park and wetlands preserve. Monterey State Beach and popular attractions are a 5-minute drive. LIVING AREA The welcoming living area is outfitted with seating for the group, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a desk. KITCHEN & DINING The newly renovated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. When it's time to dine, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have patio access. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The outdoor haven features multiple areas to relax in the shade with a crisp beverage. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
