Sleeps up to 2 guests. This newly renovated suite is on the ground level of this two-level, two-unit residence that includes comfortable mid-century-style furnishings and is close to all the best that downtown Monterey has to offer. This lower level 425sf suite has 1 bedroom and sits on a quarter-acre lot along with the upper level portion of the home that is rented to a long term tenant. The small garage is a shared area with the laundry area, some storage space (not parking) and a large driveway. This lower level unit has its own kitchen with new appliances, a separate bedroom with king bed and original art, a living room with TV and its own newly remodeled bathroom with shower over tub. Despite the feeling of being away from it all, it’s just a few minutes by car to shopping, dining and movies in downtown Monterey, 5 minutes to Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and 10 minutes to golf and sightseeing in Pebble Beach®, enjoying historic Pacific Grove, or visiting charming Carmel-by-the-Sea. \*\*\*Well-equipped for extended stays!\*\*\* Property Characteristics: • One-Bedroom, One-Bathroom Lower Suite • Sleeps 2 • Close to Downtown Monterey • Large Lot with Sense of Privacy from nearby homes • Outdoor Covered Deck • Small, shared One-Car Garage for Storage (not parking) and Shared Laundry • Eclectic Furnishings • Peaceful Residential Neighborhood • Comfortable Living Room • Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Dine-In Area • Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
