« We rented out the entire apartment. The space is grand and full of charm and beautiful antiques. The roof terrace is the real winner, stunning views all to yourself. Check in was very easy and communication seamless. The only note I would give is that the apartment could use some updating in terms of modern comforts. There is no proper air conditioning except for in one bedroom and some rooms had standing air conditioning units which were not that effective, and other rooms only had fans....

« Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le due chiarine. En ce qui concerne la tranquilité, l'annonce n'est pas très juste, en effet la maison est située en bordure de route très passante surtout que c'était la moisson en cette période d'aout. La nuit impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de la route. Par contre, très bien située pour découvrir la Toscane et l'Ombrie. Terrain et piscine très bien entretenus. Propriétaire aux petits soins bons petit plats cuisinés par la propriétaire Intérieur...

« We loved being so embedded in this charming town. The rooms are right on the Grande Piazza The good thing about this is it could not be more convenient to shops, restaurants, sites. And we soon were greeting and being greeted by many of the locals. The bad news is it is very noisy. At night the patrons of restaurants are outside until 2am and in the morning there is a very loud street sweeper at around 715 every morning going back and forth on the piazza. « The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. I know some people will complain that it is on the third floor and there is no lift, but frankly if this is an issue...

It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »
