Le rondini is a 2-room apartment that measures 54 square meters and is located on the ground floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment features a modern and tasteful decor. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a sofabed, a dining table, and air conditioning. There is also a double bedroom with air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment has a shower/bidet/WC combination. It is equipped with heating and air-conditioning systems. The floors are made of natural stone. Outside, there is a terrace and a patio area with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 3 deck chairs. The property offers side panoramic views of the countryside. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge, and there is roofed parking available at the house.
