It features a well-kept garden with a lawn, trees, and a kidney-shaped swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 150 cm) that is available seasonally from May 16 to October 3\. The property offers shared amenities such as Internet Wifi, a washing machine, bicycles, and parking facilities. It is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing getaway in the Italian countryside.

The property boasts a spacious 2'500 m2 garden area with a well-maintained lawn and trees. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and an exit leading to the garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
The unit comes fully equipped with a small, open kitchen that includes a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You will also have access to a bathroom with either a bath or a shower and a toilet. Gas heating is available to ensure your comfort during your vacation stay. Outdoor spaces include a roofed terrace, a patio, and a garden area, complete with terrace furniture and two deck chairs.  
  
Other Information  
Prepare for a truly immersive experience in the beautiful countryside setting. The property thoughtfully provides mosquito nets and a baby cot for your convenience. You can also enjoy complimentary WiFi internet access during your stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation, and only one small pet or dog is allowed.
