Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 9-room villa spanning 370 square meters across two levels. The spacious and bright interior features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, including an open large living/dining room with digital TV and exits to the garden. There are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower, bidet, and WC, as well as exits to the garden. Additionally, there is one room with two beds. The villa also boasts a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with five rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with an exit to the garden. On the upper floor, you'll find one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as two additional double bedrooms and a bath with bidet and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-appointed with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. You'll have access to air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and a private patio. Pets are allowed on the premises, and heat is available for colder months. A television is provided for entertainment, and the maximum capacity is 14 guests. The villa features seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The villa offers a roofed patio area with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs (12 in total), and a conservatory. You'll be treated to a marvelous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Additional facilities include a hair dryer, internet access (WiFi, free), a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. Two pets or dogs are allowed on the property.
