The well kept place is located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and has a large kitchen/comon area as well as a fenced backyard with bbq, etc. Access to washer and dryer is a plus for families. The rooms are spacious, the house was so neat and everything was new! We enjoyed how close it was to Sewanee and the little things provided, such as a Keurig, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The home was tastefully decorated and can easily accommodate 4-6 people. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the kitchen and living area. There are a few things that might need to be added such as a few more end tables in the living room, some coasters to set drinks on, and end tables in the secondary bedroom. The cold and hot settings in the shower in the master bedroom are also backward, but the shower is lovely! I have already suggested this place to friends of mine to rent for next year's graduation.
