« We loved the home it was comfortable and very clean. The host had left some bottled waters and a selection of coffee pods, teas, creamers, sugars and some little chocolates too, which was a nice touch and unexpected. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was also provided in each bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for our visit to Ocean Beach Park (5 minute walk), Waterford Beach Park, Harkness Memorial State Park and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London. « We had not received check in information when we arrived an hour after check in time; however, contact was returned to us immediately with information. The home was very clean and with all amenities we needed (except a lack of wine glasses). The home was super cozy with a lot of old charm (including a few nails up in floorboards that were a little unsafe) and modern amenities. Would just recommend some place to hang hand towels in the bathroom. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner and...

« Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. »

"The gently "green" philosophy is appreciated, but the rate charged is borderline outrageous considering the quality of the room (the one my family and I stayed in). Granted, the hotel’s location is fantastic, but the room was small, without a TV, dark, bare — almost monastic… In short, sad and with no view… and all that for nearly €1,000. A big disappointment for us."
