Best stocked VRBO I have ever had the pleasure of booking. Plenty of comfortable beds, nice towels, linens and blankets. If you want to cook at home, the kitchen which is open to the huge living space has every pot, pan and utensil you need. The inside and outside spaces are awesome for gathering with friends. If you are concerned about steps/stairs, there are a few however, there is a bedroom upstairs off the family room with a walk in shower. Have your stairs challenged guest stay in that room...easy access to the all the amazing open space in this house. If you have Kids, the ground floor TV Room will give everyone (parents) some downtime. I could go on but, experience it for yourself. ##### Tom D. Location is great - easy walk to the beach and to town. The house was wonderful - plenty of space for 7 of us with good bed / bath configuration. We had a nice family dinner one night and found everything we needed in the kitchen with a great bbq. Sat at the huge picnic table on the sprawling deck and watched the full moon rise - pretty magical evening. The owner (Ralph) was very accommodative and available if we needed anything. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented. The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling. Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach. We plan on going back next year. ##### Edward M. The house was perfect inside and out. The location was prime. Walk to the beach! Walk to town! We have a big family and friends in and out. This house had plenty of bedrooms and lots of couches. Beautiful upstairs with open kitchen and great room with a great deck to relax on. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and enjoy beautiful meals and the lawn was perfect for waffle ball games and a fire with s'mores. See you next year!! ##### Tom O. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The beach was so close-May be a half a block away. Fortunately, we had beautiful weather and the deck with the 4 lounge chairs was super nice to sit out early morning and enjoy our coffee. Every meal we went out for was excellent. One meal better than the next. We went out to breakfast in the town every morning. That was so enjoyable. There are 2 lplaces for breakfast. (Sorry, not remembering the name). We took a drive to East Hampton and did some shopping. We also went to Sag Harbor to walk around. I would recommend preplanning dinner reservations which I did. We ate at Scarpetta’s and The Mule. There was a small place right in town (walking distance) where we had fish tacos. Our host Ralph was very easy to reach and very responsive. He allowed us to check in early and leave later than checkout time. Of course, it was off season (late April). We had more than enough room so each had our own room. Bathrooms were beautiful. We would like to visit again if we can get it all together again.🤗😎🎉🎊🎂 ##### Christine M. Both inside layout of the house and exterior decks/patio were great for our group of young children and adults. Location of the property on a cul-de-sac made for a quiet stay with very little vehicular traffic. ##### Ken L. The house is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. If there was any possibility I could buy this house I would. This will be my go to house for all of my trips to Montauk.
