This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.

#### Warm hospitality Quiet Neighbourhood Good Location
Ève and Alain are kind and thoughtful hosts who are always available to answer questions and give helpful information with a smile. The clean, tidy, and well equipped apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view, lovely yard and a pool. It is ideally located to Uzès and all the many interesting sites in the area. It was a joy to stay here.

#### A wonderful appartment in an excellent location
We have just spent a week at Le Carbet and we've had a wonderful time. Alain and Eve were so welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble.The appartment is beautiful and the air conditioning was a life saver in the recent heat wave. The swimming pool is fantastic and having it all to ourselves was a real treat. The location is ideal - it's only a short drive into Uzès and the village is only a 5 minute walk away. Nous avons passez un excellent séjour chez Eve et Alain qui sont des personnes formidables et trés accueillants.Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au logement. Logement trés propre, confortable et surtout nos hôtes ont pensé à tout pour que nous ne manquions de rien et que nous nous sentions comme à la maison.Nous sommes venus accompagnés de notre chien, qui lui aussi a été accueilli comme un roi.Mention particuliére pour Eve, qui est une femme d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours aux petits soins pour les autres et dont nous nous sommes (y compris notre loulou) très vite attachés.Gros pincement au coeur de devoir repartir.C'est bien sur sans aucune hésitation que nous conseillerons le logement autour de nous et évidemment nous y reviendrons

Es war eine schöne Zeit bei Eva und ihrem Mann Alain. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, der auch ganz herzlich behandelt wurde, genau wie wir. Vielen Dank liebe Eva und lieber Alain!

#### Un agréable séjour
Nous sommes un jeune couple avec un enfant et un chien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté du logement que Eve et Alain nous ont confié. A notre arrivée nous avons apprécié la fraicheur de l'appartement (climatisation allumée avant notre arrivée). Emplacement hyper calme et reposant, proximité avec le centre de Montaren à pieds. Le jardin et la piscine sont un atout majeur, très agréables et très bien aménagés, le cadre est magnifique. Parasol transat barbecue et même une douche et un wc à proximité, très pratique avec un enfant. Hôtes aux petits soins, toujours de bon conseil et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Nous avons pu découvrir beaucoup de lieu sereinement et avons eu un coup de coeur pour la région.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain et Ève qui ont été accueillants, attentionnés et agréables tout au long du séjour. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre.La propriété est bien sécurisée et adaptée que se soit pour les enfants ou les animaux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui est également sécurisée et bien entretenue au quotidien. De part leur gentillesse, Alain et Ève n’ont pas hésité à être aux petits soins auprès de notre petite famille et de nos chiens. Nous recommandons de venir s éjourner à cet endroit. Vacances au top 👌

Gîte tout confort, avec un extérieur magnifiquement arboré et entretenu. On se sent comme à la maison, les hôtes Alain et Eve sont d'une gentillesse, de plus très à l'écoute et disponible tout en étant très discret. #### La bonne adresse pour de belles vacances
Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Eve et Alain. La région est à découvrir et à re-découvrir ! Le logement d'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, un magnifique jardin équipé de jeux pour les enfants, et une superbe piscine : tout y était pour régaler toute la famille. Nous avons passé chez Eve et Alain des vacances très reposantes, la demeure est vraiment très agréables Le jardin et la piscine sont de vrais points forts, tout comme l'accueil et la sympathie de nos hôtes, si gentils et si discrets à la fois. Super semaine dans ce gîte très propre, parfaitement équipé et placé près de toutes les commodités. Il y a beaucoup de jouets et d'équipements pour les enfants et même les bébés. La piscine est superbe ! Cerise sur le gâteau: les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils. Ils sont très discrets et toujours disponibles. Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Ève et Alain avec nos deux enfants (2 et 4 ans). L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce.
