« My husband and I wanted a quiet and romantic getaway for our spring break. Hotel Mountain Brook gave us this experience and more! We stayed in the Raven Cabin. Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members, especially Pia, Nicole, and Tanner made our snowy, April stay quaint and comfortable. We loved our stay and our visiting innkeeper, Chloe, so much that we are visiting Silver...

« We spent a long weekend, looking at the leaves in the Catskills. Our stay at the Crystal Brook Resort & Mountain Brauhaus was wonderful. While the accomodations were retro, it was a clean and comfortable room. The staff, family actually, were amazing, friendly and cheerful. The meals, breakfasts and dinner were hardy, and delicious. (The leaves were also right at peak, so that is a plus.) »

« Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business. »
