« clean and comfortable. Terrible beds. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer were a welcome plus on a 3 week road trip. We would stay there again for another 7 day visit. »

« The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer. »

Our Familymoon started out perfect with this living space and the sound of the creek just behind the house was the best. Owners had great communication, place was clean, and it was not too far from activities. »

Beautiful front porch next to lilac bush allowed for early morning coffee with some deer walking by. Host was very accommodating and very easy to talk with. « Great house. I stayed with my boyfriend and one small dog. The pet fee was very reasonable and I really appreciate that. My little dog had diabetes and I do not want to leave her difficult schedule with anyone. So this was a perfect spot. Really loved catching the sun rise and sunset. »

We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home. « Excellent hôtel ! Superbe suite king bed Amazing time there. Pool and hot tub. Missing Sauna and steam room The only negative point is that we were expecting according to the price, refreshing the bed and clean towels every day. »

« We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town. »
