Our last day there I was thanking him for his helpfulness when I noticed a man holding the elevator for me which I'd planned to enter. I thanked the man and explained "the maintenance guy, he's so helpful, and his tips made a difference for my family and I with our activities." The man said "Oh yeah, he's great isn't he? Very genuine." I kind of laughed a bit... "Yeah" lol "that" I believe I said. I didn't realize until a few moments later that the man in the elevator was .. the hotel manager..? he was some form of mgt... In either case... having realized I was talking to mgt I got the opportunity to thank him for the environment he and the staff provided us, and "David" in particular. Great stay! Hope to go again!!!
