Cosy, comfortable villa "Mar" offers a delightful vacation rental experience in Miami Platja, Spain. You will enjoy a private property with a lawn, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 190 cm) featuring an internal staircase. The villa also provides a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment, featuring a shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The pool is maintained by the owner or gardener, ensuring a refreshing respite during your stay.

The villa is conveniently situated 400 meters from the center of Miami Platja and 800 meters from the sea and sandy beach. Nearby, you can find a supermarket, restaurant, bar, and bakery within a 400-meter radius. Groups of teenagers are welcome upon request.

You will be staying in a spacious 9-room villa that spans across two levels and covers an area of 180 square meters. The villa features a comfortable and cozy interior design. The main living and dining area includes a dining table, a digital TV, and a fan. This space leads out to a veranda. On the same level, you will find one room with a French bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a fan. There are also two additional rooms, each equipped with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a double hand-basin with a corner bath. Heating is available throughout.  
  
The lower ground floor consists of another living and dining area with a dining table and a digital TV. It also has one room with a bed (150 cm wide and 190 cm long), two rooms with two beds each (90 cm wide and 190 cm long), and two additional rooms, each featuring two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). There is another bathroom with a toilet and shower on this level as well. Heating is also available on the lower ground floor.

During your vacation stay, you will have access to a range of amenities to enhance your comfort and convenience. The villa comes with a patio and a terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue area. Additionally, you will have access to a covered balcony. Reserved parking is available for two cars within a fenced area.
