Just 200m from the town centre, the thermal baths and all amenities, this lovely 34m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator access. South-facing and boasting a beautiful view of the Sancy mountains. Unlimited Wi-Fi access.  
  
It includes an entrance hall with storage,  
  
A living room equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), access to a loggia, and blackout curtains.  
  
A fully equipped kitchen with a 2-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.  
  
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) offering ample storage space and equipped with blackout curtains.  
  
A bathroom (bathtub)/WC with a washing machine.  
  
A private parking space.  
  
Sleeps up to 4 people.  
Cleaning fee available on request: €70 extra.  
Pets not allowed.  
Security deposit: €500.  
Cleaning deposit: €140.  
  
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
