In the very heart of Le Mont Dore, close to the thermal baths, shuttle buses, and all amenities, this apartment offers approximately 65m² of floor space, including 36m² of living space due to the attic conversion. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises:  
  
An entrance hall with storage;  
  
A living room with dual aspect windows and ample storage;  
  
An open-plan kitchen equipped with a 4-zone induction hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.;  
  
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/WC.  
  
Upstairs:  
  
A WC with washbasin and washing machine;  
  
A bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) (2 x 90cm).  
  
Maximum occupancy: 4 people.  
  
Pets: 1 small dog only.  
  
Cleaning fee upon request: €90  
Security deposit: €500

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility
