"The room was in perfect condition. Everything worked fine & was in good shape & visually appealing. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Able to park car feet from the door. Pool was refreshing & clean. No complaints.( One suggestion is that room could use a full length mirror. I am 5 ft tall and could barely see myself in the bathroom mirror). Lots of dining & shopping available in the area. "
"The property is very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The area is great and there is plenty to walk to. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. There is ice available, but you have to call down to request it.
There is a coffee counter in the lobby area to buy coffee, but it’s only open Thu-Sun, so we had no coffee available since we weren’t there those mornings.
The bathroom is very small with little counter space, but it worked out okay for us. The shower is also very small and made it awkward to shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the couch is stiff.
We enjoyed both bars (there is a ‘speakeasy’ and a karaoke bar called Boombox). We wish they were open more nights. Bartenders at both bars were terrific. Friendly and full of recommendations.
The hotel staff was all wonderful, helpful, and kind. "
"This is our second time staying on Mike's property and we have nothing but good things to say! The apartment is wonderful...has everything you need and more. It sits in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Brown University! "
