The 6500 sq ft house features 7-BDs, 4.5-BAs, an indoor atrium with heated pool + multiple social areas. Outdoors, 65 very private acres offer a lake for fishing, 4 barns, lovely forest views, and plenty of space to roam. Families, friends, corporate events, or anyone seeking a perfect group getaway will find it here! OF NOTE There are security cameras on the front entryway and on both sides of the rear of the house focused on the entry points. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. We have exterior cameras located at the front door, garage, side yard and back yard (there are NO cameras inside the home). The base rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Want to bring a pet? No problem, it\`s just $300 per pet per stay. We may be able to host events depending on the type of event, number of people and number of cars. Check with the host for details. The typical cost is $30 per person and must be approved by host. No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine. Other general rules: 1\. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways. 2\. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3\. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm. 4\. Any outside amplified music must be preapproved by host. 5\. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for many cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted. 6\. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7\. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8\. Please lock all doors and windows 9\. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10\. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11\. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. 12\. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13\. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout. 14\. The indoor pool is open between year-round and is kept at 75 degrees. If you would like the pool temperature turned up, the cost is $25 per degree per day. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to check-in so that we can be sure the temperature is set for you. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool remains in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so. 15\. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool. 16\. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time). 17\. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees. 18\. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints. 19\. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property. 20\. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund. 21\. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property. 22\. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. The pool and pool area is a great bonus feature. Unfortunately, the A/C was having problems as well as the pool heater. Both the property manager and owner of the property were on top of the issue, lots of communication from the two to our party. Unfortunately, it did take away from the "relaxation" part of the weekend - you want to escape normal home maintenance issues, not deal with them. ##### Karen P. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jody H. 1 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Fun for everyone at a great location The property is huge and beautiful, we got turned around in the house alone a couple times and it became a fun game for us all. The kids and men loved the pond fishing, all 16 of us enjoyed front yard games and pool time and there was plenty of room for cooking and eating throughout the kitchen and dining. Ping pong was also fun for the whole group. Everything was clean and organized, zero complaints. Nicely stocked supply of paper products for our use too which was super appreciated. We had one issue during our stay that didn’t really affect us as much as the home itself. We reached out around 11pm and the hosts were quick to respond and get service to the home the following morning. Very easy communication. Our large extended family would definitely book again. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Laura G. 17 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great place for a weekend away with 4-5 couples We had a great time, overall this property was perfect for a friends weekend with kids. The setting was secluded and beautiful. The house was very clean, pool was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well supplied except paper towels and the coffee maker didn’t work. Thankfully we found one French press to save the day. Also there was no gas for the gas grill, but since the kitchen was nicely supplied we could shift gears to cooking indoors. Kids from toddler age up through high school were all happy and occupied with the pool, multiple hang out spots with screens, and outside space. Highly recommend! ##### Laura G. Abundantly supplied, clean, easily booked, and great communication. Every attention to detail has been given to this home.
