Escape to a peaceful riverfront retreat perfect for a romantic getaway or solo relaxation Wake up to the gentle morning mist over the water sip your coffee while taking in breathtaking mountain views on clear days and end your day soaking in the private hot tub Located between Monroe Sultan this cozy escape is just minutes from hiking trails fishing and outdoor adventures Unplug unwind and embrace the beauty of the PNW This small but cozy house is right along the Skykomish river With easy access to monroe and sultan many outdoor activities Take a look inside Living room - Smart TV - WIFI - Futon sofa Kitchen - Dining table for two with river views - Fully stocked kitchen - Cooking basicsBedroom with queen bed Full bath - Shower No tub Outside- Free driveway parking wit plenty of space - Hot Tub with views to the river and mountainsYou will have access to the entire house If you need anything just reach out We are happy to help Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay By completing the reservation you agree to the following You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed and signed the property rental agreement Heath safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance For this reason we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out

\- Quite hours from 10pm-8am - No shoes inside the house please - No parties events or large gatherings - No unauthorized guest Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged 150 per night - Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund - No smoking If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house guest will be loose the 800 damage deposit for breaking our no smoking policy - Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house including police or legal action for necessary corrective preventive actions - The owners managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs maintenance or in case of an emergency - No food or glass while inside the Hot tub Any damages or maintenance issues caused to the hot tub will be subject to the repair costs of fixing the Hot Tub
