The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. When the AC went out, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and apologetic — it was fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that there is no WiFi, and with kids plus spotty cell service, that was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything about the property was great. The house was not clean, hair everywhere, soap scum all over the tubs, fridge was disgusting, cupboards were dirty and the bathroom cabinets had dried toothpaste stuck to it. We had to clean when we arrived. There are no window coverings in the main area. The outside area by the water was gorgeous but getting there was not accessible. The ground stairs are broken up in the back and not easy to walk through. The front yard had a melted garbage can in it and the bushes blocked the view so it was very difficult to back out. Also there is no WIFI. I did leave my glasses there and the owner did mail them back to me at my expense which was very nice. ##### Angela W.
