Enjoy a vaca-tion in style in this downtown space. Equipped with every comfort, from Internet Wifi Fiber to Smart TV to the kitchen equipped with everything you need. We pay particular attention to the use of eco-friendly and low-impact products. Parking free next to the apartment. It will make you enjoy the city with elegance and relaxation. The apartment is at ground floor of an ancient building and is equipped with air-conditioning. It is composed of a large living room with double sofa bed and a very modern kitchen with induction hob, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a large shower area and low-impact hygiene products. Complete the apartment a master bedroom. The apartment is in a strategic location, in the heart of Monopoli, bordering the Parco Lama Belvedere. The area is well served by the small neighboring shops, the nearest supermar-ket is 100 meters away. It is perfect for couples looking for a romantic and cozy home and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay.
