Welcome to my spacious riverfront retreat, perfect for up to 10 guests! This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, and a bathtub. Enjoy outdoor dining on the beautiful deck with a firetable, BBQ grill, and over 1000 ft of river frontage on 72 acres. Inside, you'll find a Smart TV, thermostat, washer/dryer, and ample parking with 6+ spots. Garbage bins are located in the garage for your convenience. Relax and unwind in this serene and well-equipped getaway

Nestled in a picturesque rural area, this location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty. Surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, it's an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.   
  
The nearby river provides ample opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and leisurely strolls along its banks. Local attractions include charming farms, quaint shops, and cozy cafes, making it a delightful spot to explore and unwind.   
  
The community is known for its friendly residents and a relaxed atmosphere, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.  
  
Car Required: A car is essential for getting around due to the rural setting and limited public transportation options.  
  
Nearby Towns: The closest towns, with grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities, are a short drive away.  
  
Outdoor Activities: The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby hiking trails, river activities, and scenic drives.  
  
Navigation: GPS and maps are recommended for navigation, as rural roads can be less straightforward and signage limited.  
  
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.  
  
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.  
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.  
  
1\. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.  
  
6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.   
  
7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.  
  
8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
