### Le Viguier - Maison avec terrasse, vue montagne

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent this single-storey, 70 m² house with mountain views which can accommodate up to 3 people and is located in the commune of Monieux. It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises :  
\- A 45 m² living room with TV and sofa  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combination microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with three single beds  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine and plancha.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 50 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- A shared, unenclosed garden of around 60 m².  
  
The house is ideally located in Monieux, in a very pleasant environment. You can take advantage of all the shops 8 km away.  
  
Transport links :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Avignon station, 72 km away (about 1 hour 10 minutes by car).  
\- Nearest airport: Avignon airport, 56 km away (about 1 hour 05 minutes by car).

\- Animals are not permitted in the accommodation. Herding dogs and truffle dogs are present.
