Located on the 1st floor of La Gardiole Building 1, you overlook the Grands Bains du Monêtier. The slopes and the village center are just a stone's throw away.  
  
In this 34 m² 3-room apartment you will find:  
On the ground floor:  
A kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and electric stovetop  
A living room without sleeping accommodations, TV, and Wi-Fi  
A sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds  
Toilet  
Balcony with unobstructed views of the Monêtier Dome  
Upstairs:  
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm)  
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds + extra bunk beds for children  
Bathroom  
  
Village shuttle service stops in front of the residence in winter.
