The Pellenches 4 residence.  
On the 3rd floor (without elevator), it is located approximately 1 km from the Pré Chabert ski lifts and 300 m from the nearest shops in Monêtier-les-Bains. The free shuttle stops at the foot of the residence.  
Shared parking is available at the foot of the residence.  
Charming and pleasant, fully equipped apartment comprising:  
\- a sleeping area with two bunk beds (90x190) closed by a sliding door  
\- a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet  
\- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed (140x190)  
\- a fully equipped kitchen area (table-top refrigerator, electric hob-oven-dishwasher combination, coffee machine, kettle)  
\- a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and the village

The south-facing balcony offers a magnificent panoramic view of our mountains.  
  
Key collection takes place at the Salle-les-Alpes agency.
