\- swimming pool above the house, heated with spa jets, with electric cover, pool furniture  
\- garden,  
\- 2 terraces  
\- summer outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, with a barbecue  
\- children outdoor play area,  
 \- many outdoor seating areas.  
  
The house has :  
\- a garage on the ground floor, accessible through an inner staircase,  
\- 1st floor with a living room with fireplace and veranda, separate fully furnished and equipped kitchen, separate dining room, separate toilet and separate shower room,  
\- on the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing and a bathroom with bath-tub and toilets plus two double rooms with double beds each (150 cm x 200 cm) and one shower room with toilets.
