Relax in this quiet and elegant 45 m² accommodation with terrace and sea view. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Monaco by car and includes a private indoor car park.  
Recently tastefully renovated, located in a quiet environment, this modern apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed, sofa bed for 2 people).  
You will benefit from all the comforts for your seminars or your vacations.  
  
From your reservation request, to your stay in the apartment and until your departure, the entire We Care Conciergerie team will be at your service to make your stay pleasant!  
  
If necessary, do not hesitate to contact them via the Airbnb platform directly or by telephone via the number available on my profile before and during your stay. They will welcome you ONLINE every day from 10 AM to 8 PM.

A vehicle is recommended but not essential  
Shops and all amenities are 5 minutes away by car  
New district of Beausoleil with very nice amenities  
Shared swimming pool for residents of the building and individual parking  
  
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment.

\- This modern residence has a swimming pool.  
\- You can use the building's swimming pool from May to October.  
\- Fully equipped, sheets, towels and toiletry bags will be provided.  
\- The apartment has a private box to park your car.  
  
🏠 Accommodation :  
You will appreciate my recently renovated accommodation for its charm, its comfort with quality materials and its location.  
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  
\- A friendly and bright living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, television.  
\- A comfortable bedroom: king size bed, storage space.  
\- A fully equipped modern kitchen: dining area with bar table for 4 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils.  
\- A neat bathroom: Italian shower, WC, towel dryer.  
You can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace and garden furniture.  
  
🚘 🅿️ Private parking is also at your disposal. Note that the car parks in the region are generally quite narrow and you have to maneuver a little to park.  
  
You have 3 buses at your disposal in front of the apartment that will take you to the city center of Beausoleil at a rate of 1€/1.5€. From there you can do everything on foot  
Monaco train station is 12 minutes by car and 29 minutes on foot  
You have the possibility to take a taxi when leaving the station, buses - be careful you will not be able to take an UBER in the principality of Monaco  
The journey to Nice airport is 32 minutes  
  
Sheets and towels are provided as well as a Welcome Kit with soap, shampoo, 4 coffees and 2 rolls of toilet paper, this Kit will allow you to start your vacation.  
  
Housekeeping fees include cleaning and linen rental.  
  
Size of the parking spot : The maximum length for your car should be 4.90m and 2.15m wide​ (including side mirrors).
