Separate entrance into a Mentonnaise town house from 1920\. Comprising a large bedroom with double bed, living room with convertible corner sofa, fitted kitchen and shower room. Large ceiling height. Free outdoor public parking. The sea and the beach are 900 m away. The train station, the city center, the bus station, the taxi station are 10 minutes away on foot. It is located in the Borrigo district. Immediate proximity: Supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, florist, everything is doable on foot.
