The staff were excellent and very attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. In particular Erik and Daisy. Also, Anifah who was always happy and pleasant, when we checked out at 10am she gave us an extra room to shower in after we used the pool facilities as our flight wasn’t until later in the day she also made sure we were still able to have lunch after checking out. Something i would recommend is to create a bigger outside bar and also add more alcoholic drinks to the all inclusive cocktail menu. Also the food was very nice and varied every day however, i think more effort should be made to properly cover some food items as they were often swarmed with flies, for example the desserts and fruits. The rooms were cleaned to the highest of standards every morning and the cleaners never failed to say good morning. I would also recommend riziki the hotels taxi driver to anyone needing to travel outside the resort area, he was very friendly and informative.

Excellent and very friendly staff however facilities in urgent need of an upgrade and some TLC.. Moved rooms twice because AC was not working and 3rd room still had a fault.. But great staff!!

It's obviously a slightly older property, so an upgrade would be welcome. But it was incredibly good value for money. The pools, the meals, the staff were all quite good, and I enjoyed my time there.

Only the Staff were very friendly and tried always to help. Too many Mosquitoes at this place, it seems they are not spraying enough in the Garden. TV didn’t work for the entire stay, even they tried to fix it.

We loved the view of the ocean and that the property was right close to the beach. We found the staff hardworking & very friendly. The daily buffets had delicious food in great variety. It was hard to decide what to choose and it was well presented. We had the all-inclusive package and found it well worth it. If one didn’t feel like the buffet you could order from a smaller poolside coffee shop. Everyday you could see workers cleaning and fixing. There was nightly entertainment. Daily activities by the pool. We enjoyed the water volleyball. Security was excellent. We will definitely go again and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice, but the facilities were not great. We had to be moved from the first room because the air conditioning wouldn't work and the TV was malfunctioning. In the new room we went the last two days without any water.

We initially ordered a room with two twin beds expecting to get just that but got one twin bad and a tiny kids bed. The hotel is really outdated, and lots of flies. The toiles are the worst, most of them don't flush well because they need to be replaced. This hotel is definitely not a three star hotel according to the real standards.
