« We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels...
