Additionally, there is a room with a double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower, bidet, and WC, with an exit leading to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-appointed, featuring four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and microwave, and also provides access to the balcony. The property also includes a bath/WC.
