Only seconds away from the local market with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, this is the perfect location for a stress free holiday, while you can enjoy the great access to the sandy beaches in Costa da Caparica and Setubal Bay and to the touristic points in the city Center of Lisbon. The property has 80m2 and is composed by a full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 Hall and 2 private balconies. House amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, a smart washing machine and a Barbecue. You will find everything that you need to enjoy a peaceful and delightful holiday. Bonus: Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max and Prime Video in every room. The space This second floor apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, entrance hall, living room, two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also get to the Setúbal and Costa da Caparica beaches in 30 minutes by car. \- North Lisbon (city Center) is only 40m away by car or 1 hour by Public Transport (take a bus to the boat terminal and catch the boat to Terreiro do Paço). \- Free parking is available on the street. \- Families with children are welcome. \- Pets, smoking, parties or business events are not permitted. \- Guests are asked to respect quiet hours during their stay (no noise between 9pm and 9am). \- Please be aware that in general I do not allow pets in the property due to allergy. Clean. Everything you could need for cooking basic meals is in the kitchen. We were greeted with wine, cheese, and cookies (biscuits). Neighborhood is quiet. No issues finding parking out front. A 5 star experience. We will hopefully be able to return one day! We had fun hanging laundry on line outside 2nd story window. Clothes pins were strong and we didn’t lose any laundry. A clothes rack is provided if you don’t want to use the line. I enjoyed watching kids play ball in the courtyard below. Met the neighbor on first floor and taught her some English and she taught us some Portuguese. Loved the place! Host had a map listing best beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. Went to a tile place where you can paint your own tiles. Recommend that experience! ##### Scott M.
