Property can definitely do with a good clean and didn't appear to be well maintained (cobwebs in the bathroom and lots of dirt on the Windows/window sills, dirty and rusted and unuseable bbq). Wouldn't consider it to be child friendly- there we're rotten planks on the deck and no mesh on low windows.
