The 1-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.  
  
The apartment is located in Patalavaca, a small coastal area in Gran Canaria known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Nearby, you’ll find a stunning beach resort with artificial white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for sunbathing and water sports.
