Pet friendly. Located in a historic Victorian house in downtown Mobile, DeTonti Square District. NOVA EXPRESSO coffee shop just around the corner. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances.
