The Space:
The primary residence provides comfortable living accommodations, featuring three bedrooms. It includes a functional rear den with a designated workspace, complemented by a practical Murphy bed for space optimization. Access to the studio apartment is available through French doors. The studio apartment is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, suitable for guests or independent living.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the main house and detached studio apartment during the stay.

Midtown Mobile is a vibrant area, offering a fantastic blend of activities and attractions. As The Port City, Mobile provides endless opportunities for water enthusiasts, with options ranging from kayaking and fishing to scenic riverboat dinner cruises on Mobile Bay. Explore the beauty of Bellingrath Gardens, take a step back in time with a walking tour through Historic Oakleigh, or enjoy a match at the Mobile Tennis Center. With its diverse offerings, Midtown Mobile promises an engaging and memorable experience for every visitor.

Getting Around:
Downtown Mobile is less than a 10 minute uber ride (typically ~$8-$12 outside surge pricing windows) from Hummingbird Home.

We’re excited to host you! Please be aware of the following important details:

You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation. Guest verification is also required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi.
