Hôtel très récent, un peu à l’écart du centre-ville, voiture obligatoire, chambre très propre et fonctionnelle, et un « plus » très apprécié : la fenêtre ouvre ! À la différence de la quasi-totalité des hôtels du coin. Avec une moustiquaire. Petit-déjeuner gratuit. Dans la chambre : frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière à capsules (locales). Une bonne expérience, j’y reviendrai très volontiers.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, tout était parfait sauf le dernier jour , la salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment trop petite si on arrive à 8 h plus de place et comme la terrasse est quasi inexistante on a du déjeuner dans le lobby, Autre déception serviette de bain plus que trouée cela n est pas sérieux. Dommage ce laisser aller

This property is beautiful inside and out. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very kind, helpful and enthusiastic. The breakfast was nice and had a great variety to choose from. I gave it an average rating in cleanliness due to our rooms carpet and countertops not being clean. There were stains all over our carpet, carpet was not vacuumed prior to us checking in there were crumbs and other things on the carpet. Countertops were dirty (red stains on countertops) as well as the shelves in the closet. We were given a room with an ADA shower for some reason and were not able to switch. With four people showering daily the floor was soaked completely, and the little shower mat provided was not sufficient enough to wipe up the excess water. We wasted so many towels.

Wir haben 4 Tage im Scenic View gewohnt. Während dieser Zeit wurde nicht ein einziges Mal das Zimmer mit Bad gereinigt, kein Müll entsorgt und keine Handtücher gewechselt. Beim Frühstück gab es während dieser Zeit auch keinen Orangensaft. Abwechslung beim Frühstück... Fehlanzeige. Diese Kritik wurde von mir beim Check out geäußert. Aufenthalt vom 07. bis 10. 05. 2024, Preis-Leistung hat in keinster Weise gepasst

This hotel is a perfectly fine place to stay. The accommodations are very average but the service was very nice and friendly. The staff made a great effort to assist us in storing our mountain bikes and made our trip very easy. We never had the breakfast so we cannot share what was good or bad about that.

My room was at end of the building closest to the road. I didn’t slept well with continuous high noise of road car traffics. I already checked out this morning. Then now this hotel sent me a message reminding me their check in check out time. Not sure what’s going on with their system.

This is a bright, new hotel. It is about a 15 minute drive (not counting traffic) from Arches on the opposite side of the downtown area. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We've never had a scented diffuser as part of the decor before, but it wasn't unpleasant in the bathroom. We were placed in the handicap accessible room, which we didn't request, but the hotel was sold out, so that's often what you get when booking on Expedia. It worked out fine to store the extra luggage, bikes, etc. we had with us in the open floor plan. We just struggle with water management in the wide-open shower stalls. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast area are very clean. The room was also very clean. My only issue with the room was that there is a master switch that must be on to put on all lights. If you turn off the light in the bedroom area you can not put on a bathroom light. The hotel is outside of Moab which was a little disappointing. There is no light at the entrance of the hotel so it is hard to see the driveway from the highway. Watch for the small twinkle lights. Overall for the money it was GREAT!

The only aspect of the hotel I was not happy with was the bathroom. The ‘barn’ door to the bathroom has no lock and no way to open from the inside. This may be great for families but not for friends who are rooming together. The rest of the hotel was beautiful. It was so clean it looked like it might have just been built.

Loved the tiny home! It was new, clean and a fun change. It was great for my larger family too so we could all be in the same place. The only big downfall was we had hoped to be able to cook some of our own meals in the kitchen but there was NO COOKWARE or DISHES. Usually when a place has a kitchen those items along with a sponge, dish soap, dish towels, dish rags and oven mitts are provided. I recognize that this is a new venture for this company so hopefully the next time we stay there they will have these items. If you stay here and are planning on preparing some of your own meals be sure to ask before you go as there aren’t many places to buy cookware.

Brand new building along the highway south of Moab. This would be a convenient location for activities to the south of Moab, but is not at all in a walkable, or bikeable area. I wish hotels that serve a free breakfast like this one could focus on generating less waste, or at least on recycling as much of that trash as possible.

Very nice property and staff was courteous/friendly. The only negative was parking. It's hard to imagine how tight the parking will be when all of the tiny homes are occupied. Lobby is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed.

Can tell it was an old room that was remodeled. The lobby feels brand new but some of the oldness definitely shows through in the room. Hard to tell from the pics but just don't expect shiny brand new. Felt very clean, bed was on the firm side, nice rain-shower head, big tv, good basic continental breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. Good value, even stayed a second night. It was on the far end of town, but just a few min extra drive.
