Relax on your patio in the fresh air, then step inside and enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and heating. The completely updated interior features a modern kitchen with new appliances, as well as fresh paint and newly carpeted floors throughout. Get cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with gorgeous wood cabinetry, a two-seat breakfast bar, and helpful extras like a dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Excellent condo, excellent location for an excellent vacation

This condo is a great location for families, it quite, clean and safe. We had a great time in Moab and enjoyed multiple days in Arches national Park. We enjoyed Moab and all it has to offer down town. Will definitely be back again.

Highly recommend this property as base camp for Moab area mountain biking trip. Location/ logistics were good relative to town and various mountain biking trails. Property is clean, modern, relaxing and convenient. A great stay.

Quiet place with outstanding patio view

Nicely remodeled townhouse in a golf community with ten minute drive of downtown Moab. Great value. Great customer service. Owner had a new cloths dryer installed as part of the kitchen remodel that had a minor installation issue. The property management organization immediately sent out maintenance personnel to diagnose the issue sufficient to continue to use the dryer and continue with our vacation.

Nice location, but property issues

We’ve stayed in many rental condos/houses, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write. Location was great, just outside Moab with nice views. We arrived in the evening and unfortunately the electronic front door lock would not lock the property. We called the property company (Vacasa) and after 2 long calls they were unable to resolve remotely and were not prepared/able to send their maintenance people or an emergency 24 hour locksmith to repair. In addition, Vacasa were not able to provide us with the correct code to unlock the external lockbox which had a key inside. That would have enabled us to lock the door from the outside and at least come in via the garage with the property secure. Also, there were 2 unsafe mousetraps in the condo. Likely meaning there was a rodent problem as well. We told Vacasa about both of those too and asked they remove them (they said the owners must have put them there without Vacasa’s knowledge). So, we had to sleep with the front door unlocked and also leave the next morning to have our day out with our belongings inside and the door unlocked, as Vacasa were unable to send someone before 10am. When they came they fixed the lock, but only removed one of the 2 mousetraps they had been told about!! Finally, the condo was very tight for space in the kitchen, master bathroom and living areas. Too small for the sleeping capacity of the rental. Vacasa say they will refund the housekeeping fee given the safety issues of the lock, key and mousetraps. Would rather have a safe and hassle free stay, and also doesn’t really go far enough. There’s a minimum level of what you expect in a rental property and unfortunately this failed to achieve that level

Great home for a family, or just a couple

We so enjoyed staying just a little out of town where it was nice and quiet. The townhouse on the golf course was so nice! No road noise, just happy golfers! The home was comfortable and well equipped. Nice restaurant and gas just up the road. Very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. We would stay here again if traveling through this area.

Most everything you need is here and beautiful surroundings with the golf course in your back yard! Needs updating for sure but is a really nice property! Lots of extra pillows but not a pillow case to be found :(

Quiet and clean.

Although an older condo, it was clean and had everything we needed. The short distance from Moab was great in the it was respite from a busy day. Perhaps some modernization could be in order but not because something did not work. Some new bed pillows would be advantage added as well as a sharper Paring knife or two. I recommend this spot and would be happy to return.

Nice Moab condo

Nice condo located close to town. Easy to find and good space for a place to sleep, but not very big if you are planning to spend lots of time inside. The cooking pans could use replacing as we tried cooking some meals there, needed to go out for dinner because of how poorly the stove and pans were. Overall would stay here again.

The floor plan of the condo is good, although the living space is a bit small considering there are 3 bedrooms. We couldn’t all fit at the kitchen table (4 adults and 2 kids) and it was hard to get through the awkward space between the table and kitchen. Light over table was broken, dishwasher didn’t clean well, pots, pans and utensils were scratched and dirty, and grill ignition button didn’t work but luckily we had a lighter to light it. If all those things were fixed, this would be a great place to stay!
