This property was conveniently located - we could get into downtown without having to drive on the main street (which was under construction) and it was maybe 10 minutes from the Arches National Park entrance. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were tons of towels, pillows and blankets. It was great to have access to the garage door opener so we could park our car inside. A few negatives - the house wasn't super clean (found nuts on the living room floor). Also, if we used the microwave for very long, the fan automatically came on and we couldn't get it to shut off except by switching off the breaker. All the beds were very comfortable, sheets/towels were soft and smelled amazing. You can tell the hosts have put in a lot of effort to be accommodating from the dishes, available small appliances, soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom etc. everything we needed we were easily able to find. It would be helpful if the description specified all bedrooms are upstairs. Also, there are no chairs in the bedrooms, no place to sit down except on the beds. It was in town, so close to everything, but far enough off the main street that it was never noisy. We had 8 people, 5 adults and 3 kids, and the place was roomy enough that we never felt crowded. Jun 20, 2024 #### Excellent Our family of 10 enjoyed all the amenities and space that the home provided. The kitchen was well stocked, temperature of home was comfortable,and felt clean. The kids loved staying in the bunk room and there was room for them to play. The place was also very convenient to visit Arches and Canyonlands and we liked that groceries and food close by. There were a couple things that could be improved. We noticed a couple of the drinking glass cups were chipped or cracked. One cooking pan was quite warped (stainless). Lots of space for us all and well stocked with the necessities. Great location to get to multiple National and State Parks as well as incredible other hiking trails in the area.
