It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. The townhome was recently constructed and features a bright, open interior, comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and there's a gas grill on the patio for nights when you'd like to grill. There's plenty of dining room inside or out on the patio. Both bedrooms (located upstairs) feature comfortable mattresses and fresh, soft linens. Each room has it's own attached bath (that's right, two master suites!) so it's ideal for two couples or a family! Downstairs the living room also has a sofa sleeper for extra guests and there's also another 1/2 bath. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level) with attached bath 2nd Master Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level) with attached bath Living Room - Sofa Sleeper (Double Sized Mattress) 1/2 bath downstairs \*\*Please note that this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access the bedrooms on the second floor. The property was located just off the main highway that runs through Moab. Unfortunately, it was a little too close. It was a noisy all night. Also, the pull out bed was one of the wire metal frame beds. The two teens on it were not comfortable and were put off by all the crumbs on the bed when we opened it up. They ultimately decided to just sleep on the couches rather than on the bed. Otherwise, the property was clean and the check in/out process was super easy. ##### Adam W.
