Wow !

Merci Elleyn pour votre accueil. L’appartement est charmant, très bien situé, excessivement propre, beaucoup d’intimité en plus d’être équipé avec tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin ... un seul regret ... séjour trop court. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner, Arches est tout à côté. Dominique et Daniel 🙏🏻

We have stayed at this exceptional property for many years as our annual basecamp for mountain biking, and of note always truly valued the Owners (Ellen and Mike) and their attention to detail, authentic care, and warm personalities with great humor. This is the first time we got to meet the new Owners (Becky and Steve) and happy to report that they are too great people and we felt that the moment we arrived. Its like a home from home.This is an absolute gem of a property in location, scale, amenities and building design (perfect for couples and singles) and hope it stays this way always!We look forward to being back next year!Thanks again Becky and Steve for your exceptional hospitality and know you will have great success in your stewardship.Iain & Janice

This is a great place to stay while exploring Moab. It is convenient to downtown, the owners are very helpful and easy to work with and the unit has everything you need for a great stay! We highly recommend staying at the Westside Flats.

Had a great time! Wonderful accommodations close to many attractions. Close to downtown but seems a world away as it’s quiet and relaxing. Ellyn and Michael are excellent hosts. We will be back for certain.

Absolutely perfect

We were in Moab for our daughter's wedding and we needed a place close to town where we could have friends for dinner. We stayed in Kayenta and it was perfect for us - quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was attractive but not cluttered and the owners were so helpful

My wife and I stayed a week in March 2014. We loved Cliffrose Flats. Really great space, very nicely appointed. Great location. Could not have been better, and the owners, Ellen and Michael, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This is the place to stay when in Moab.

Great Moab Stay

Had a wonderful time at the property which was just as described & reviewed by others. Place was clean and well appointed. We didn’t have a long trip but for another time the full kitchen would be handy. Perfect place for 2 people. Check in was easy. Would absolutely stay here again on next trip to town.

Perfect spot in Moab!

We spent two nights at Michael and Ellyn's property, and wish we could've stayed longer! The apartment was perfect for two people, with a beautiful patio to relax on in the hot afternoons. An easy walk to town, and central to all of Moab's outdoor activities. Thank you for the hiking recommendation Michael - we had a great time. We hope to stay again soon.

Best Place to Stay in Moab

We have just returned from a one week stay at Cliffrose Flats & can say that after many years of renting through VRBO, this was by far the best experience we ever had. Ellyn & Michael are helpful, informative & generous hosts who have created a group of elegantly furnished & thoughtfully designed apartments 2 blocks from the heart of Moab. We can't wait for our next visit.

Wonderful place near town!

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. Place is really nice and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful if needed. A very short walk to the downtown area of Moab. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Home is very well equipped also.

Wonderful Stay in Moab

West side flats along with our hosts Michael and Evelyn were superb! This modern and convenient and roomy rental was an excellent fit for us. We had a very restful stay after vigorous days in Arches NP and touring Canyonlands. Their recommendations for additional adventures and restaurants were spot on. The layout of the accommodations were perfect. We took our meals on the patio as the weather was delightful in late September.

Beautiful apartment in a great town

The apartment was immaculately clean, and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It was a treat to have a beautifully tended garden to enjoy. The owner is very friendly. Moab is an excellent location for visiting the NPs, and it has a superb foodie deli/supermarket for quality food. Highly recommended.

Loved the Kayenta flat.

Cliffrose Flats is a little treasure trove: its cute, centrally located in Moab, well-appointed amenities, friendly and helpful owners. Clean and bright, well-furnished. So quiet! We'll be back!
