The property itself showed normal wear and tear. Our biggest issue was mice. While sitting in the living room, we saw them running across the room and they managed to get into our snack bag that was on the kitchen counter. I was not prepared to be picking up after rodents while on vacation in what was described as a luxury condo with limited cleaning supplies so we bought our own. I should have taken the previous reviews regarding this more seriously. The extra parking for our truck and trailer was convenient. I hope the mice problem is resolved as it the only thing that would keep me from booking here. ##### Ashley H. And we checked out a day early, before the checkout time. The fridge was dirty, and coffee was left in the coffee kettle. The backyard was also unclean. The standard bathroom tub had insects, and we even found a cockroach. Additionally, there were rodents present.The property is full of rodents and they hosted us with a dead one under the sofa. We continue to complain about the smell, and a local person named Tim identified the dead one and cleared it. Also, rodents eat our snacks when we are out for visits/ Night. And we keep seeing them almost every day, and my kids are scared of them. I need to vacate the place a day before my actual check out date. I booked another hotel and moved out of the place. The bigger issue is that the host is aware of them, and Vacasa is also aware of them, but they have not disclosed the rodents in any of the ads they have on Verbo or Vacasa. We observed that traps were there everywhere. The fun part is that they have not even cleared a trap with a dead rodent. Lots of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice (once we got the temp to go below scalding 109.) The address did not come up properly on either Apple Maps nor Google Maps so we couldn’t find it when we arrived. Vacasa isn’t easy to communicate with. There was no can opener in the house. And there was a known mice problem. They got up on the counter and ate some of our food. ##### Brooke W. After sifting through dozens of options in the same price range we settled on this property. The place was clean, furnishings were like new, in a great location, and the perfect size for the family to all have some space. We had a few small issues pop up that were handled promptly and professionally by the listing service. Highly recommended! ##### mark c. But on the day we checked out we noticed bread on the counter had gotten eaten by mice and then the goldfish in another bag had a hole in bag from mice. Totally disgusted!!! It was the perfect floor plan for our family with littles. They loved the bunk beds. Although it is a bit south of town, it is right off of 191 so easy to make trips into and around Moab. The only problem was the wind kept blowing the cover off the hot tub causing sand and dirt in the hot tub so we were unable to use it. But we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee pot could be replaced, it took quite a while to brew a pot of coffee ##### Lana W. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked house in terms of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Loved using the hot tub under the beautiful starry sky. Was a little further outside of Moab than we expected but nothing problematic. Some mentioned the highway noise but we didn’t notice it. Check in & out was super easy with no problems. Perfect size for 3 adults & 3 kids. Overall great Moab visit! ##### Kelly D. Had the necessary‘s for cooking, the minimum is on utensils. But still did the trick. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but did go out and take a look at it. Looked great view is amazing and location is out-of-the-way of downtown so very quiet. Did have some mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms, but given the field and openness of the area it’s not surprising. Still very nice place to visit ##### Beth R. Love the neighborhood and just down the street from the busy tourist spots. Night sky is amazing. Our kids loved using the hot tub under the stars.
