### Kenzie's Tiny Cottage- Prvt Hot Tub & Rain shower

Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement. No kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, french press, and area to make coffee or tea. Some basic dish ware provided. Outdoor sitting area and private 2 person hot tub! Centrally located on a quiet street, just two blocks from downtown, it is perfect for singles or couples.

Outfitted with love and attention to detail, Kenzie's is an amazing treat and retreat with private 2 person hot tub! Kenzie's is one of four stand alone unique cottages enclosed in a garden filled courtyard. There is also a covered shared BBQ area!  
  
Kenzie's Cottage is one of four cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. It is a stand alone cottage with a private entrance. Each of our cottages has a private outdoor space/patio and access to the BBQ, located on the communal patio. Kenzie's has it's own small hot tub and eating area on it's own side deck, while the other three cottages share a 6 person hot tub near the BBQ.  
  
Moab is such a special place, and we work hard to make sure that the experience will not stop with your surroundings. Kenzie's is self-check in and out. The property managers are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message thread.  
  
Kenzies Cottage is located on an artsy off-beat street in the middle of town. While you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, you also feel like you are in a secluded nook! At the end of the street is located our community space where we host yoga, silent discos, music jams, voice circles and special workshops. Kenzie's Cottage sleeps 2 people maximum in 1 queen bed. It is the only of our four cottages that is \*not\* pet friendly.  
  
We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.  
SMOKING:  
\- NO Smoking is permitted in any dwelling. Please be mindful, courteous and responsible of your second-hand smoke and cigarette butts. You will be fined $50 if cigarette butts are found.  
  
HOT TUB:  
\- Please do not use bath towels for the hot tub. Cottages will be equipped with designated hot tub towels located in a labelled basket.  
\- Please rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub.  
\- Always replace and latch the hot tub cover after use.  
\- Children under the age of 16 must be adult supervised at all times during hot tub use.  
  
QUIET HOURS:  
\- 10pm to 7am. Please be mindful :)  
  
LATE CHECK-OUT FEE:  
\- Check out is at 10 am. We reserve the right to request a $75 late check out fee if you have not checked out by 10 am.  
  
BIKES:  
\- We ask that you keep your bikes outside, you are welcome to store them behind the house or lock them to the fence, but please help us to keep greasy things out ☺  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY:  
\- Booking future travel plans typically involves a bit of uncertainty, please review our strict cancellation policy.

Very cute, cozy place. My wife and I loved the property and location. The only challenge we had was that the window AC unit couldn't keep up with the summer heat, so it was very warm throughout our stay. But if that were fixed, I think it would be the perfect getaway for a couple.

Very homey, comfortable and unique place to stay. Best part was just staying in for dinner. Grill out and enjoy the awesome garden. Very quiet and restful. Had everything we needed. 2 blocks from downtown and food trucks. Very close to arches national park enterance.

Perfect space for a base camp while exploring Moab. I came to town for a running event during off season. The cottage is super conveniently located on a quiet street, but still close to restaurants, bars, coffee, everything. Had everything I needed for my stay, no crazy check out chores. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host’s were in contact with us through out the stay. Arranging an up grade with more space and helping us the TV issues. The cottage was very charming. We did notice ants in the kitchen. I would recommend staying here, the convenience of walking to town and parks where perfect for us.

#### Great little cottage

Kenzie’s cottage was perfect for our needs! My daughter and I had a great night’s sleep-it was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and neat. There was a little outdoor patio for morning coffee:) it was a block away from many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend it!

#### Visit to the Stars

The cottage was quaint and cute. The outside gate could have been adjusted to swing better. Everything worked to satisfaction. The unit was in close proximity to the downtown area.

#### Delightful Little Cottage

We loved our stay here! We especially loved the location right in the heart of Moab, the proximity to the national parks, and the gorgeous gardens! The cottage was small but equipped with everything we needed and more. Very comfy and cute! We were sad to leave. Thanks for the great stay!

Kenzie’s Cottage was perfect for our 2 night stay! It was within walking distance of downtown area. It had everything we needed- comfortable bed, large shower, frig, coffee, quiet and peaceful outdoor space! Beautiful gardens!

#### Charming and cozy home in the heart of Moab.

We had a great time staying at Hayduke's Hideout. The house is cute and comfortable with a great yard. The location is great too, off a quiet ally that provides nice evening walks.

All in all it was a good place to get away. The no tv was nice for the week we were there and really set us in our element. House is nice and cozy but the ants in the kitchen and the hole in the roof on the side of the house was kind of disappointing.
