We are located just 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. This home provides you a one-of-a-kind southwest experience. You can feel the difference from the moment you walk in the door. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 3 gas fireplaces (living room and both bedrooms), southwest furniture, new comfy pillow-top mattresses, memory foam bunk mattresses, Weber Silver gas grill, quality linens, towels, washer/dryer, central air/heat and WiFi. The living room has a 60” smart flat screen HDTV, sound bar and subwoofer, SMART Blu-ray disc player and a good selection of movies. Also has new overstuffed southwest love seat and a leather queen sofa sleeper. (a memory foam topper is provided for extra comfort). The living room and dining room views are spectacular. They are not obstructed by other buildings in the complex. The master suite has a 55” flat screen SMART HDTV. It includes a large spa-like bathroom. You can enjoy the large soaker jetted tub/shower, complete with shower and rain heads. Also, relax, soothe sore muscles & joints and let stress fade away in your very own sauna with our Sauna Room. Who knew you could enjoy the benefits of a spa experience during your stay in Moab. The bunk/queen room has twin over twin custom bunk beds and a custom made Queen bed- 55' smart HDTV, built in book case with some movies and a fireplace. The outdoor patio area is one of the largest in the complex. It includes a large outdoor kitchen complete with natural gas grill to use for that favorite grilled meal, a burner, small fridge and sink. There are 2 outdoor tables that seat 8 for your outdoor dining or just relaxing, visiting and enjoying the views. Lounge chairs are also provided end for relaxation and taking in the sun. It's here and ready to use PRIVATE 7-8 person hot tub! Also on-site, you'll find a community hot tub open year round and large outdoor swimming pool open April through October. 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

We are located about 10-15 minute drive to Arches National Park, 45-60 min to Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park. Just down the road on Spanish Valley Drive you will find Ken's Lake, the La Sal Mountains, Loop Road, the world renowned Slickrock Bike Trail and many ATV/four-wheel drive trails.
