This home is set a brand new development in Moab, where you can enjoy shared amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub! What's nearby: This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen A vehicle is highly recommended as there is no public transit. Two car garage (additional parking is first come, first serve). Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The kitchen was well equipped including a crock pot, coffee pot, waffle maker, electric skillet and large dining table.
