We enjoyed the bocce ball pit, outdoor fireplace, easy to use grill, outdoor TV area, ample parking, and BEAUTIFUL views. We wanted a place big enough so everyone could have their own beds and that had plenty of things to do. This house delivered! Everything was perfect from booking it to checking out. Communication was great! This house has everything for everyone! It is well furnished and maintained. I’ve stayed at places that are furnished with the cheapest furniture and have the cheapest cookware and dinnerware. Not this place. There are so many things to do when you need a break from going Jeep riding or sightseeing. From the pool and hot tub to the fire pit. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table. Televisions in every room. Very spacious too! We had 13 people and everyone had a bed with a couple of beds only occupied by 1 person. We came all the way from Virginia with 3 families. 6 Adults, & 7 Kids and we never felt cramped. The Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and patio area for games while the Adults socialized. Convenient to Moab and the surrounding area. The house itself was clean and accomodated our parry of 12 nicely. The outdoor area was great and our kids loved the heated pool. If not for a couple of hiccups - hvac and washing machine were both not working properly ar first - easily would have been 5 stars. The property manager did try to correct things quickly and brought extra towels when we were unable to wash. Would stay here again if ensured those things were addressed. ##### Jonathan B.
