The main area was very nice, open, and fit our group, and our friends who were staying in another unit in the complex, for nice dinners. Bedrooms very nice, comfortable beds, nice light, stocked with everything you could want or need. Construction seemed well built for noise. We slept next to a bedroom with our teenagers, and when the door was closed, it was very quite. Pool, hottub area was closed due to cold temperatures, and then the CoVID restrictions. The managers were very nice and offered to buy us a family pass to the large swimming complex down the street, even though it was out of their control. A short walk gets you to a nice park, community gym and swimming complex, and the fun restaurants and shops in town. Great place to book with friends staying in nearby units. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. They have thought of all amenities you may need. Managers were very nice in their communication with us. The only thing that was unexpected was the carpet downstairs, being a fairly new place. It was wrinkled and loose. If I were the owner, I would contact the installer and request the installation be addressed, and stretched to fit properly. Both units were beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We had to contact the owners about one small item, and they were extremely quick to respond and make things right. This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do (Canyonlands and Arches National Parks) and we loved having access to the pool and hot tub each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! This home was great for our two families. We had a total of eight with varying ages and there was plenty of room and play space. The kiddos especially enjoyed the hide away space. The home was clean and matched the listed description. The kitchen was stocked, and the grill was of high quality. There was enough room in the kitchen and dining area for good family connection with food, fun talk and games. The pool was just a few steps away from the back patio making it easily accessible and the pool was cleaned daily. Our family had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The location was far enough off main street and still close enough to access Arches National Park within minutes, along with being close to excursion companies and other necessities. Good bakery right down the street. The management company was easy to work with and responsive. We had a little issue with the one master bed and that was fixed within hours of notification. Thank you, Marlene. Best of all we were able to bring our family dog. This reduced our stress around boarding. He was able to enjoy sitting out on the patio with me every morning (love Moab mornings) and evening. We were able to easily walk him daily. We hope to enjoy your home on our next visit. The communal hot tub/pool were welcome treats after days of hard hiking. Almost everything worked, with the exception of one hiccup where the code for the entrance door was not working, but the property managers were extremely responsive, friendly, and worked with us in real time to resolve the issue quickly! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was relaxing to settle into the house after a day of family adventures.
