What a great little property this turned out to be!!Peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable for our quick stay! It would be a great spot to spend an extended period in town or book separate units if traveling with a larger group. It is located very close to everything one could need during travel. We enjoyed visiting two restaurants while in town. We look forward to returning when we can spend more time exploring surrounding Moab! Very comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you! (Not for publishing, just a suggestion:) The only thing missing was a dresser. We had clothes for a week's vacation and there were only 7 hangers in the closet for 2 people. I know space is tight, so maybe a small chest of drawers that could fit in the closet would be so appreciated by guests. It's nice to not have to live out of the suitcase. :) ##### Connie D. Cute place with everything you need in great location. We arrived about dusk after our drive in and found that we had no electricity. I contacted the property manager who answered right away and let us know that the entire town was down. Luckily there were extra blankets because it was a cold night. No power until 3am! We could have used a flashlight or lantern but the place was equipped with everything else we needed. What could be improved was the cleanliness. Rug and bath mat in the bathroom were not clean (there was also hair in the shower drain) and the bed pillows were absolutely horrible. Flat as a pancake and when we stripped the bed on the last day, we found they were stained and looked dirty. They really need to be replaced.
