It’s the perfect spot to enjoy easy access to town while avoiding the traffic and noise. Rim Village is known for its peaceful setting, walkable streets, adobe-style townhomes, and seasonal community pool (open April–October), making it a highly desirable place to stay while exploring Moab. The home is thoughtfully laid out and works especially well for multiple families or groups traveling together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather, with plenty of dining space indoors or outside on the large private patio. From both the living areas and the patio, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Moab Rim — a beautiful backdrop morning and night. The patio has just been upgraded with a brand-new outdoor lounge set and gas fire pit, creating an inviting space to relax after a day of adventure. Start your morning with freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or wind down in the evening by the fire, taking in the red rock views and desert skies. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place was pretty clean - had a few stray black hairs in the bathroom tub/floor and the kitchen counter was a little gritty. Some of the dishes we rewashed before use. Would have liked some more comforts like throw blankets and some Kleenex. We stayed for about a week and there was only enough toilet paper/garbage bags for a few days, most places we've stayed provides a lot more than that especially with the price here being higher than a lot of places. This place was nice to have our dog, it stayed nice and cool for him. However even though it’s listed as pet friendly there are strict instructions that dogs aren’t allowed to be left without crating, and not allowed on furniture which doesn’t exactly feel welcoming but depending on different peoples dogs I do understand. Overall if you are coming down to hit the trails this is a great place to store your ride and equipment over night with a large garage available and nice to have dinner in with a grill and full kitchen sets. ##### Carsen B. The oven was a little dirty but nothing terrible... My main complaint was that we received an email the night before check out that asked us to load and start the washer strip the beds run the dishwasher etc.... But yet we paid well over $200 in cleaning fee... prior to stay.. And there was an envelope there to leave a tip in I felt we were gouged on that end. But was very happy with the accommodations! This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Hidden Valley trailhead. We took walks in the community every evening and enjoyed the beautiful views as the light changed. There is a community pool a short walk away and though we didn't use it, it appeared clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, though we nearly panicked when we realized we didn't bring coffee filters. Fortunately, we found some above the refrigerator (thank you!). We appreciated the mountain biking guide -- it led us to some adventures. The patio was very nice -- the birds in the trees nearby kept us entertained. Reviewer Comments: Alot of these places pick the cheapest furnishings but the condos at Rim Village were amazingly comfortable. The garage fit a stock 4 door f150 and happy to see i could still put our jeep in as well. Bery friendly area and pleasant experience.
