Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area! The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or walk over to the nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) which are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat! The home offers a two-car garage (with a ping pong table!), driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to! The master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed with large attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with XL twin (bunk style) and the 3rd bedroom has a comfy queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room offer a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub to soothe after a day of on the trails. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place was pretty clean - had a few stray black hairs in the bathroom tub/floor and the kitchen counter was a little gritty. Some of the dishes we rewashed before use. Would have liked some more comforts like throw blankets and some Kleenex. We stayed for about a week and there was only enough toilet paper/garbage bags for a few days, most places we've stayed provides a lot more than that especially with the price here being higher than a lot of places. This place was nice to have our dog, it stayed nice and cool for him. However even though it’s listed as pet friendly there are strict instructions that dogs aren’t allowed to be left without crating, and not allowed on furniture which doesn’t exactly feel welcoming but depending on different peoples dogs I do understand. Overall if you are coming down to hit the trails this is a great place to store your ride and equipment over night with a large garage available and nice to have dinner in with a grill and full kitchen sets. ##### Carsen B. This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Hidden Valley trailhead. We took walks in the community every evening and enjoyed the beautiful views as the light changed. There is a community pool a short walk away and though we didn't use it, it appeared clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, though we nearly panicked when we realized we didn't bring coffee filters. Fortunately, we found some above the refrigerator (thank you!). We appreciated the mountain biking guide -- it led us to some adventures. The patio was very nice -- the birds in the trees nearby kept us entertained. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier, cleaner vacation rental. We have rented in Colorado as well as Hilton Head and the A4 property was exceptional. We were surprised, however, that we were asked to start a load of towels in the washing machine and take the trash to a receptacle, the location of which was not mentioned. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay in Mohab. ##### Karen B.
