You are considering a luxurious chalet, "Lux chalet," a detached, two-story property built in 2023. This vacation rental offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool (seasonal availability from June 26 to September 3), Internet WiFi, and parking facilities. The chalet is situated in a quiet and sunny location, just 5 meters from the edge of the forest and 2 kilometers from the skiing area, providing a peaceful escape surrounded by natural beauty.  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet boasts a fantastic outdoor experience with shared access to a natural state property, a lawn for sunbathing, a pool area with a shower and WC (available seasonally), and recreational facilities such as table tennis, boccia, badminton, beach volleyball, and a barbecue area with a fireplace. Privately, you can enjoy a patio with a fireplace. The complex also features a sun terrace and storage rooms for bicycles and skis.

You will be staying in a 3-room chalet with very beautiful and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, and TV. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is a shower and WC (toilet) on the premises. The chalet has electric heating, wood heating, and floor heating.

The amenities included in your vacation rental are a barbecue, dishwasher, pets are allowed (1 small pet/dog), fireplace (Scandinavian wood stove), private patio (balcony with balcony furniture), heat available (electric heating, wood heating, floor heating), microwave, television (TV in living/dining room and gallery), maximum capacity of 4 guests, 2 bedrooms (1 room with 1 double bed and a gallery with 1 double sofabed), and 1 bathroom (shower/WC).  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the chalet has 1 room with a double bed and a gallery with a double sofabed and TV, which exits to the balcony. The chalet features internet (WiFi, free), a built-in bluetooth audio system, and central touch control of lighting and temperature that can be conveniently operated from the living room. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). This is a non-smoking house suitable for families.
